Most orders ship out within 1-2 business days. We ship M-F and also on Saturday in November/December. Orders are produced/shipped in the morning, so if you order on Friday afternoon your order may not ship until Monday.
The majority of orders ship by usps priority mail and usually arrive within 1-5 business days, though sometimes it can take longer for packages to arrive during the busy holiday season.
We offer first class mail as a shipping option for lightweight orders containing only teddy bear T-Shirts, this method may take up to 2 weeks to arrive.
2-Day and next day express shipping is available for an extra charge. Rush orders will be sent by UPS or FedEx Express. Please be aware that UPS and FedEx do not count Sat/Sun as business days, so if you choose 2 day shipping on a Thursday, even if we ship it out on the same day, it will not arrive until Monday, which is the 2nd business day.
Large orders containing more than 4-5 animals will be shipped by UPS ground and typically take 5-7 days to arrive.
